Are accounting services provided remotely?
Sam provides his bookkeeping and accounting services remotely from his own premises, there is no need for him to attend your premises.
What accounting services are offered?
General Bookkeeping - Sam provides monthly record keeping services at a minimal cost. He is very experienced with a variety of accounting software packages, including Excel, Sage One, Sage Instant Accounts, Sage 50 Accounts, QuickBooks On-line, KashFlow and other accounting software. Sam will not just keep your financial records to date, he will also provide monthly management accounts, including a monthly profit & loss statement and income and expense reports.
VAT Returns - Do you need your VAT return calculated and filed every quarter? No problem! The Bookkeeping Master is a VAT return expert!
Sole Trader Final Accounts - If you own a small business or are a sole trader, Sam can compile your annual/final accounts, inform you of your profitability, calculate tax owed and file your self-assessment tax return. Consultancy services and answering any questions is also included.
Limited Company Final Accounts - Limited company accounts are slightly more complex and require a bit more time. Our services includ drafting your companies accounts, calculating your corporation tax liability, filing your company tax return and filing self-assessment tax returns for all company directors.
Credit Control Services - Need someone to chase customers for payment? Our credit control packages range from simple monthly phone calls to managing your whole sales ledger! Email us for further details.
Business Planning - If you are starting a new business or are planning to expand your business, it is highly likely that you will need a business plan. Our business plans include drafting sales forecasts, expenses forecasts, projecting cash flow and projecting company profitability. We can also provide the written-side of your business plan (goals, company overview, etc).
Is Sam an experienced and qualified bookkeeping and accountant?
The Bookkeeping Master is ICB and AAT qualified. He has worked with businesses and companies in various industries, including, advertising merchants, automobile garages, capital market funds, car homes, construction, dance schools, driving schools, eBay businesses, electricians, holiday homes, labourers, landlords, landscape management, market stalls, property maintenance, taxi drivers, telecommunications, water management, website designers and many other industries (sole traders and limited companies).
How much do the accounting services cost?
Our costs vary depending on the accounting package needed. Below is an idea of our fee structure...
Sole Trader Accounts (small business) - £150.00
Limited Company Accounts (small company) - £250.00
Business Planning (3 years) - £250.00
Final accounts with monthly bookkeeping and management accounts (full package) - £25.00-£50.00 per month
Credit Control - £16.50 per hour
What will I need to provide?
We will let you know of what we need. Financial documents and other information will need to be provided on a monthly or annual basis (depending on accounting services chosen).
Can we arrange a meeting?
Sam has clients across the UK and across the globe! Arranging face-to-face meetings is not always possible due to the geography. We are always open to email, phone and mail contact.
